So in early 2023, we’ll be hosting an event to share our new brand vision with our customers.

We’ll be inviting debate and discussion of our new focus, and we’ll be sharing our updated customer propositions, plus news of our commitments and investments, including:

Building resilience and creating value: demonstrating how we work in partnership with our customers in the context of current and predicted market pressures.

Investing in new capabilities and insights: helping customers to safeguard their people and their organisations against attacks from digital communications and social engineering.

Working more closely with our customers: ensuring that our future investments are informed and guided by our customers, with planned activities including a Voice of the Customer Programme, a strategic Customer Advisory Board, and collaborative initiatives in areas like sustainability, talent diversity and inclusion.

Gaining customer feedback and insights: taking our customers’ opinions and applying them to improving the way we work and the satisfaction we deliver to our customers.
